Refund Policy

At WFHRecruitment, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, including recruitment services and recruiter franchise/training programs.

1. Recruitment Services (Employers)

Payments made by clients (employers) for recruitment services are generally non-refundable, except under the terms specified in the individual service agreement or contract.

Candidate Guarantee

In the event a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within a defined period (typically 30–90 days), we may offer a replacement candidate at no additional cost, as outlined in your agreement. Refunds are only considered if:

  • A suitable replacement cannot be found within a reasonable time

  • The client has met all agreed-upon terms and payment conditions

No refund will be provided if the termination was due to company downsizing, restructuring, or budget changes unrelated to candidate performance.

2. Franchise / Recruiter Training Program

If you join our recruiter program (franchise or licensing model), your payment covers access to training, business resources, and ongoing support.

Refunds for Franchise Program

Due to the digital and knowledge-based nature of our training, refunds are generally not offered once access to training materials has been granted.

However, a partial refund may be considered if:

  • You request cancellation in writing within 7 calendar days of payment and

  • You have not accessed or started the training platform or materials

Any administrative or setup fees are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products and Services

Payments for downloadable products, digital resources, or consulting sessions are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting WFHRecruitment to resolve the issue may result in termination of services and forfeiture of eligibility for any refund.

We encourage clients and recruiters to contact us directly to discuss any concerns or problems.
